The dynamically balanced collet system ensures easy fitting to most makes of servomotors.
Integer ratios in steps of 1 between 3:1 and 10:1, plus further ratios up to 100:1, are common across sizes having 13 to 75mm diameter output shafts.
Stainless steel and electroless nickel plated materials support the published IP65 rating.
Innovative design maximises the gear mesh contact area.
Quiet running helical cut gears are plasma nitrided to 840Hv for extremely high wear resistance.
Competitively priced and supported by a world class production facility, Drive Lines reckons this newly available range will redefine performance benchmarks for low backlash gearboxes.
