Dolch computers to be distributed by SST
Dolch Computer Systems UK has reached an agreement with Secure Systems and Technologies, for SST to distribute Dolch's ruggedised computers to the Ministry of Defence and other Government agencies.
In a deal that strengthens the presence of both companies in the market, Dolch Computer Systems UK has reached an agreement with Secure Systems and Technologies Ltd, for SST to distribute Dolch's ruggedised computers to the Ministry of Defence and other Government agencies Dolch, which has for years been the leading manufacturer of ruggedised computers and displays for the defence and industrial markets, has a long association with SST in relation to its Tempest certification for Dolch's products

"SST's experienced sales team will benefit from having our product range as part of its sales portfolio, whilst Dolch will benefit from SST's technical expertise and excellent contacts in key markets.
"Both companies' products and services are acknowledged to be amongst the market leaders, which is another benefit of this arrangement".
Frank Foskett, SST's marketing director and chairman agreed, saying : "After the success of promoting Dolch rugged laptops into the military market, SST is pleased to take on the sales and marketing of the complete range of Dolch rugged products.
"The Dolch product range is ideally suited for integration into 21st century digital battlefield systems, with the increasing need for rapid deployment of high specification, rugged products, capable of operating in demanding environments.
"SST provides systems qualified to meet Rugged, TEMPEST /EMC, and COMSEC standards and will be integrating Dolch products into these solutions.
"SST's partnership with Dolch will further strengthen and enhance the total product capability that SST offers".
The agreement will run for an initial one year period, after which both companies will review it with the intention of extending it into the future.
