Duraline has developed a range of electrical multi-pin waterproof connector systems.

Duraline has developed a range of electrical multi-pin waterproof connector systems.

These fully waterproof connector systems feature a unique reverse taper seal design which isolates each contact and creates a watertight seal, allowing mated connectors to be submersed in up to three feet of water.

Heavy-duty contacts ensure reliable connections, and for increased safety, the ground contact is designed to mate first and break last.

Multi-pin connector systems are corrosion- and dustproof and are not harmed by destructive elements such as moisture, corrosives, oils, gasoline, diesel, hydraulic fluid, or extreme heat or cold.

When properly mated, the connectors are vibration resistant and fully crushproof, even when accidentally run over.

Duraline's connectors are moulded in solid Hypalon rubber with no voids or air gaps and permanently bonded to heavy-duty cable.

The multi-pin connector systems are built to customer requirements and are available with up to 20 contacts, from 1 to 1200A, and from 12 to 5000V.

Connectors may be custom built to fit individual customer needs.

The connectors are ideally suited for a variety of industries and worksites including: mining, amusement/entertainment, marine, petrochemical, utility, construction, automotive, medical, factory/plant floors, sewage treatment plants, oil refineries, roadway, and any outdoor application.

Multi-pin connectors are engineered to reduce downtime and eliminate dangerous GFI tripping.

Each connector is thoroughly inspected and repeatedly tested during the manufacturing process.

Multi-pin connector systems are Factory Mutual tested and approved, exceed OSHA requirements and are suitable for IEC Class IP67 and NEMA Class 6 applications.
