The latest release of TipData machine tool data acquisition software is now available from DLoG (UK).

New functionality in TipData Version 5.07 provides enhanced viewing of machine activity and reports.

In addition, the new module gives real-time display of calculated data, such as efficiencies and remaining batch machining time, on demand at shopfloor terminals.

TipData V5.07 offers operators an extended range of error-free methods for selecting jobs from their 'work to' lists.

The software also uses latest Windows technology to provide seamless interfacing with PC-based machine controllers - for precise data recording and enhanced quality control procedures.

It also incorporates the ability to undertake automatic validation checks to ensure that parts are correctly released for manufacture or that the most up to date version is being produced.

Other new features in TipData V5.07 include improved machine fault code definition and closer integration with DLoG's Prisma machine monitoring and report management modules.
