The DNeT IPC 6/215 is the latest generation of the popular industrial PC from DLoG (UK).

Featuring a 15in touch-screen XGA colour display that supports multimedia and high-speed graphics, the new model is ideal for manufacturing, industrial and logistics sector applications.

A solid aluminium housing provides maximum electromagnetic compatibility and optimum thermal properties, enabling the IPC6/215 to operate safely in ambient temperatures up to 50C.

In addition, its sealed design provides IP65 protection for use in aggressive working environments.

A fully wireless option is available for mobile applications and units can be supplied for 115/230V AC or 24/48V DC operation as standard.

The new model is supplied network-ready with an in-built Ethernet interface, along with one parallel, two USB 1.1 and four external COM ports - one with RS422/485 option.

Plug-in connectors for DVI-I displays, and both PS/2 keyboard and mouse are also included.

All ports are located at the base of the unit for easy access and maximum protection, and the unit's display can be adjusted easily - either manually or by an automatic brightness control option - for both indoor or outdoor use.

The new DNeT IPC 6/215 is offered with a variety of high performance processors, including Intel Pentium 3 and 800MHz VIA C3, with up to 1Gbyte RAM and 40Gbyte disk.

It supports MS-Windows 98, NT4.0, 2000, XP Professional and Linux operating systems and can also be supplied with external CD or 3.5in floppy drives.

A CompactFlash (silicon) disk is also available to ensure the highest levels of reliability and durability.
