Delta Consultants, specialists in scientific and technical Search and Selection have re-branded themselves, and for permanent recruitment Delta now offers two solutions
Delta Consultants, specialists in scientific and technical Search and Selection have re-branded themselves.
We now offer 3 services to our clients to fulfil their needs at all levels for the niche markets in which we serve.
These markets include laboratory, biotech, healthcare and engineering, specifically Control and Instrumentation.
For permanent recruitment Delta offers 2 solutions.
- The Delta Consultants Targeted Search division caters for senior and specialised vacancies, such as hi-tech capital sales, specialised sales recruitment to the NHS and managerial posts up to board level.
Louise Silverthorne heads-up this division and offers a full consultation service, which involves getting to know the client's company, culture and person specification.
From briefing to shortlist takes 6 to 8 weeks and can include advertising if necessary, psychometric testing and interviews conducted with emphasis on the specific skills and experience required.
- For lower tech sales posts, sales to academia, junior sales, support and marketing plus Business-to-Business sales positions, we offer our Delta Express service, headed-up by Debbie Hale.
As a result of our Search activities, we now have a continuously updated contact database of candidates who are specifically looking for new opportunities.
At Delta Express we utilise this resource, in addition to networking amongst the industries in which we have been involved for 12 years.
Within 4 weeks, 2 or 3 specifically screened candidates, with a strong interest in and knowledge of the post, are produced for the client.
By working exclusively with our clients, we enjoy a success rate exceeding 93% for permanent assignments.
Delta Consultants have an Interim division, headed up by Ann Pinn.
Our definition is to supply specifically skilled associates on agreed contracts for specific roles or projects that are not permanent.
The Interim solution exists not just for senior management but where there is a lack of internal resource and the essential skills that the client requires at that time, are not needed on a full-time basis.
Some examples might be: maternity or long-term sick leave, the launch of a new product or business start-up or the researching of new markets.
We offer the appropriate service to match the vacancy.
We also contribute our time to various societies that serve our industry, including BIVDA, IBMS, BLWA and the REC.
