Some of the large outplacement agencies costs are prohibitive and this new service caters for employees at all levels not just senior management.

Because Delta knows its industries they can individually tailor the service to match individual needs with a personal one-to-one meeting at the company or at Delta's offices.

The company will discuss career choices after redundancy, CV preparation, targeting the right companies effectively and the most relevant publications and Internet job sites to use.

Delta will go through how to be memorable in an interview including preparation, appearance and that all important first impression plus giving a practice interview with one of its experienced consultants.

The service also includes psychometric testing concentrating on the person's strengths and areas of possible improvement plus potential interview questions relating to these.

Telephone access to the consultant post interview for feedback and advice for up to 3 months is also available.
