Engineering vacancies start to rise
Delta Consultants reports a busy time in the last month with numbers of new vacancies rising rapidly.
Delta Consultants reports a busy time in the last month with numbers of new vacancies rising rapidly Managing Director Ann Pinn says: "We had a quiet March and April and then more companies started to recruit and now the vacancies are coming in in a steady stream
Although redundancies are still happening, they are slowing and the companies who have made people redundant in the last year have restructured and discovered they need new talent to move their business forward".
"We, in recruitment are the first to feel any positive trends or upturns in the economy and this is good news.
Even the engineering sector, which has been quiet for a while, is starting to recruit again.
We are very positive about recruitment for the rest of 2003".
