Cartridge heaters adapt to unusual applications
Customers are encouraged to contact Delta-t max when they have an unusual cartridge heater application as well as when they require a standard configuration.
Typical applications include: instruments, semiconductor chip handlers/testers, branders, mould heaters, packaging dispensers, gum, glue and wax pots, ink processing, food bag sealers, and temperature controlled baths.
The cartridge heaters are designed to fit into 0.250, 0.375, 0.500, 0.625 and 0.750in ID cavities.
Customers can specify wattage, case material, electrical connections/lead termination, wire lead lengths/size/type etc to best suit the requirements of the application.
Special wattage distribution is also available.
