Delta-t max designs and manufactures high-performance miniature cartridge heaters Customers are encouraged to contact Delta-t max when they have an unusual cartridge heater application as well as when they require a standard configuration

Delta-t max heaters are manufactured from the highest quality materials to assure long, trouble-free service.

Delta-t max has been in the heating element market since 1963.

The popularity of its superior line of metal sheathed cartridge heaters prompted the development of metric, immersion and air heaters.

Specialty heaters have been designed for specific customer requirements, including ceramic and flexaglas rope heaters.

To ensure the most efficient heat transfer possible, Delta-t max maintains diameter tolerances between -0.001 and -0.005in from specified nominal diameters.

In this way, the user will achieve a good fit into the cavity designed to hold the heater.

The thermal expansion of the heater will produce the desired heater and cavity surface contact for the most efficient heat transfer and long heater life.

Delta-t max can provide heaters to meet specified lengths and tolerances.

The standard tolerance on heater length is 0.0625in.

The wattage tolerance is 5%.

Typical applications for cartridge heaters are: branders, mould heaters, packaging dispensers, gum, glue and wax pots, immersion heaters, ink processing, and food bag sealers.
