DesignSmith has added analysis capabilities to its list of MCAD services.
DesignSmith has added analysis capabilities to its list of MCAD services FEA and CFM analysis can now be provided along with mechanical design services or as an independent option
Tools used include Cosmos, Fluent, and FloWorks.
The company has also expanded its range of native MCAD files to include AutoCAD 2006, Pro/E and UG NX-3, in addition to SolidWorks.
With an expanded partner network, solid prototypes in plastic can arrive in as little as 4 days from the customer's online review and approval of the solid model, and sample metal parts can be available in week with rush service.
