The DC950H is a 150W quartz halogen regulated illuminator, which has been improved to produce a higher output with greater reliability, and is now RoHS compliant.
Dolan-Jenner Industries of Boxborough, Massachusetts is a manufacturer of fibre optic components and fibre optic illumination systems that serve the microscopy, imaging, and machine vision industries.
Dolan-Jenner has released the new and improved Fiber-Lite DC950H Machine Vision fibre optic illuminator for machine vision integrators.
The DC950H is a 150W quartz halogen regulated illuminator, which has been improved to produce a higher output with greater reliability, and is now RoHS compliant.
It features DC regulated output, fast lamp response, and a 0-5V DC remote intensity control interface with linear voltage adjustment (8-bit D/A module available).
The DC950H can be operated remotely and offers remote notification of lamp failure to decrease downtime.
The DC950H has a stackable heavy duty steel housing with a mounting capability.
The front panel can be accessed easily for fast lamp changes.
Several illuminating options are available with the DC950H, including: colour filtering, a manual iris (for intensity adjustment at a constant colour temperature), and an analogue or digital remote interface.
The nosepiece is compatible with all standard Dolan-Jenner fibre optic configurations.
