Dollinger's second generation of oil mist eliminators are designed to meet the highest standards for emission control and to reduce end user operating costs

As part of a policy of continued product development and improvement, Dollinger International have introduced their second generation of oil mist eliminators designed to meet the highest standards for emission control and reduce end user operating costs.

Lubrication systems associated with gas and steam turbines, axial and centrifugal compressors and other high speed rotating machinery can often generate "visible plume" fugitive emissions.

These would typically be found in power stations, CHP/COGEN plants, gas compression stations, air separation plants, offshore platforms and petrochem refineries.

The Dollinger Oil Mist Eliminators have become the first choice option for many of the worlds OEMs and packagers of high performance machines.

Their second generation design offers a more compact arrangement, with primary separation chamber and simplified flow control.

Both positive and negative pressure systems are available, to ensure that the desired system pressure is maintained within equipment seals and bearings.

To ensure 'no visible plume'and compliance with increasing environmental regulations, the units eliminate 99.97% of all oil droplets and particles over 0.3 microns in size, guaranteeing less than 5ppm by weight of oil mist carryover into the atmosphere.

The savings made on oil recovery are supplemented by reduced maintenance and equipment failure due to prevention of ingested oil mist into primary equipment air intake systems.

Since the precise nature of emissions are often unknown, an on site survey service is provided to determine emission volumes and oil concentration so that the appropriate model oil mist eliminator can be specified.
