A new interactive troubleshooting guide on the Molykote website is claimed to provide answers to virtually any lubrication problem.
Maintenance engineers, plant managers and original equipment manufacturers around the world can now find solutions to virtually any lubrication problem through a new interactive troubleshooting guide on the Molykote website.
The Molykote interactive troubleshooting guide provides smart lubrication solutions to 17 common machine component problems, from rolling element bearings and steel gear wheels in open gears to shaft/hub connections and general maintenance.
When visitors place their cursor over a machine element, the interactive troubleshooting guide lists possible lubrication problems for the specific machine element and gives possible solutions and product recommendations to solve the problem.
Users can download product and safety datasheets, as well as locate a distributor near their location.
"We are convinced this tool will give our customers a competitive edge in solving lubrication problems and growing their business", said Gerd Hannemann, Molykote's E-Commerce Manager.
If a particular problem is not addressed in the online guide, technical experts are available via live help.
