Lubricant resists oxidation
Molykote L1428 helps lower overall maintenance costs, reduces chain drag and wear, extends oil-drain intervals and helps prevent process interruptions.
RW Greeff has released Dow Corning's Molykote L1428, a new synthetic lubricant formulated to resist oxidation and thermal degradation while maintaining stable performance and lubricity over a wide temperature range and under heavy loads Molykote L-1428 is also suitable for high-temperature bearing applications
Molykote L1428 helps lower overall maintenance costs, reduces chain drag and wear, extends oil-drain intervals and helps prevent process interruptions.
The oil is kosher-approved and NSF-F2 designated (certified for use in food-grade applications where no contact is expected with foodstuffs).
The product has extremely low volatility, will not form carbon deposits and will not smoke.
