ESSS, based in Brazil, has become DEM Solutions' leading partner in the South American computational simulation market.
DEM Solutions has signed a distribution agreement with ESSS to distribute and support its EDEM software to the growing particle simulation market in South America.
EDEM is an advanced DEM simulation and analysis tool that predicts the flow of particulates in complex manufacturing processes.
EDEM produces valuable information enabling engineers to investigate the effect of product characteristics and operating conditions without the need to build costly prototypes.
ESSS, based in Brazil, becomes DEM Solutions' leading partner in the South American computational simulation market.
They will provide DEM Solutions with sales, consulting, implementation, training and support to clients throughout all of the South American countries.
John Favier, CEO of DEM Solutions, comments: "We see great opportunities in South America for the rapid adoption of EDEM as a key development tool, particularly in key sectors like oil and gas and mining".
