DSM Somos will discuss the need for innovative technologies for various manufacturing industries and how the company is responding to this demand through rapid prototyping (RP) advancements during two European events.
At the European Conference on Rapid Prototyping and Manufacturing Euro RP '2001 Fair (ParisExpo, Paris - France, 7 - 8 June 2001) Charlie Kaufmann, marketing development manager of DSM Somos, will share with participants a paper on new technologies and materials conceived to meet the production and design needs of various industrial sectors.
The European RP conference will be held within the same fairgrounds hosting the Euro RP'2001 fair, where DSM Somos will exhibit (Hall 7.3, Stand 15), for the first time in Europe, a product realized in the new transparent epoxy resin Somos Waterclear 10120, currently in the beta testing phase of development.
At Euromat (Palacongressi, Rimini, Italy 10 - 14 June 2001), James Reitz, business manager of DSM Somos, will co-chair the RP section (11 June, h.14:00, Room G) of the biannual conference.
James Reitz will also present to the audience, together with Dan Mickish - R and D Manager of DSM Somos - a paper devoted to the new frontiers of stereolithography machine use thanks to advancements being realized with innovative materials.
