Court rules on stereolithography
material
The Frankfurt District Court in Germany has ruled that 3D Systems' Bluestone filled stereolithography material infringes a co-owned DSM patent.
DSM Desotech announced today that enforcement has been initiated relative to a ruling by the Frankfurt District Court in Germany that found 3D Systems' Bluestone filled stereolithography material infringes a co-owned DSM patent As a result, an injunction on the supply and advertising of this composite 3D Systems stereolithography material in Germany has been issued
