DSPCon has achieved ISO9001:2000 certification.

The audit was conducted by EQA, an independent leader in ISO certification processes and services.

A globally recognised quality management standard developed by the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO), ISO9001:2000 applies to organisations that design, develop, manufacture, install and service products.

To achieve certification, companies must have a comprehensive quality management system that addresses all areas of its operation.

"This recognition communicates to our customers, worldwide, that they are working with an organisation that prides itself in incorporating the very best practices and processes in the industry to consistently meet or exceed their needs", said Al Brower, President and Chief Executive Officer at DSPCon.

"Customer satisfaction has always been a keystone of our corporate values and our highest priority".

"Achieving ISO9001:2000 certification is further evidence of the unwavering commitment DSPCon has in providing customers with products and services that they can have complete confidence in when performing mission-critical signal processing applications, today and in the future".

DSPCon's Quality Assurance Manager, Dave Potpinka added, "Our long-standing commitment to total quality improvement principles has been woven into the corporate fabric of DSPCon since our beginnings".

"Obtaining certification is a glowing validation of our dedication to continuous improvement in everything we do and assuring the highest quality products and services in the industry".
