Global role for Kayser

Prior to Kemet, Kayser spent 15 years at Sealed Air Corp in the USA and in a range of management positions across Europe and Asia.
He was the National Sales Manager for Sealed Air's Swedish operations, General Manager for Greater China operations, and eventually Managing Director for the Engineered Products and Specialty Packaging Divisions for Asia-Pacific.
Kayser has 13 years of business management and market development experience across Asia, with a strong concentration in Greater China.

3D Systems has also named Fred R Jones as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and Robert M Grace, Jr as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary.
Fred Jones brings a strong finance background.
He provided CFO services through his own consulting firm and served as chief financial officer for two NYSE-listed firms: Thomas and Betts Corp and Joy Technologies.
He also served as president of ABB Financial Services following ABB's acquisition of Combustion Engineering, where he was Treasurer.
Jones previously held finance positions at The Penn Central Corp and The First National Bank of Chicago.
Robert Grace worked at Sealed Air Corp for more than 22 years where he held the positions of General Counsel and Secretary and more recently Special Counsel in charge of all legal aspects of M and A and financing activities.
