Datapaq's Oven Tracker Insight software is designed not only to allow programming of instrumentation and data acquisition, but to translate raw temperature data into meaningful information.
An important part of any in-process oven monitoring system is the analysis software package.
Datapaq's Oven Tracker Insight software is designed not only to allow programming of instrumentation and data acquisition, but to translate raw temperature data into meaningful information - data that can help prove process control and maximise productivity.
The new Insight software supplied by Datapaq (complementing its premium range of Oven Tracker systems) breaks all boundaries - two unique new features are incorporated as standard to maximise the power of the profile data.
Insight software includes a new and improved BakeChart function to assist with quantifying cure directly against the paint suppliers "BakeChart" (or graphical cure window).
Users can create and store a digital version of the paint supplier's cure window and automatically compare against collected time at temperature data to determine whether the profile satisfies the cure specification.
The BakeChart function now includes a unique ISO Cure function.
This allows the BakeChart to be used to derive accurate analysis parameters for the application of Datapaq's index of cure analysis, Datapaq Value.
Having set up the Datapaq Value, the success of the entire cure profile can be determined from one simple cure index value.
Users can combine the Datapaq Value and the Insight traffic light alarm system to simplify QA procedures, and highlight and correct problems early with Insights new statistical process control (SPC) function.
Users can also view and analyse historical variation in key analysis parameters such as Datapaq Value, time at temperature and peak temperature without the need even to export data.
