Thick-film heaters provide rapid response
Available now from Davidon Industries is a range of thick-film heated elements manufactured in The Netherlands by Ferro Techniek.
When UV light is introduced, the photocatalytic process is activated using the quartz as the pure light transmitter and TiO2 as the catalyst.
The coating Quartzel needle punched matrix decomposes organic materials into basic elemental molecules such as CO2, H2O vapour and reduces any odours as a result.
The air purification process neutralises harmful pollutants, decontaminates viruses and bacteria, and quickly can remove mould prior to finding the source.
Substrates thickness ranges from 2 to 5mm or more.
With air quality such an important concern in today's world, Quartzel is a welcome addition to creating fresh, clean air in a natural and safe way.
