Gecko Electronics has developed a remotely mountable, smart power board cook controller to provide precise cooking control.

Gecko Electronics has developed a remotely mountable, smart power board cook controller to provide precise cooking control.

With its built-in microcontroller and AC transformer, the ECM-3 is a complete controller by itself.

Its remote user interface is a simple modular input and output device.

All PCBs are conformal coated to protect oxidation in hostile environments and 100% burn in tested.

The ECM-3's multiple I/Os, (two 15A relays, 10 digital I/O, PWM outputs, six analogue inputs) fit the most complex applications.

Up to three sensors and a built in or remote buzzer are available.

Two RS485 serial interface ports are available as well to support datacommunications.

Fuzzy logic or PID temp control algorithm, time compensation algorithm, self-diagnostics, full digital interface and data logging options are all included depending on needs.
