Deltran has perfected a method of producing, in one operation, terminals and other stampings incorporating tapped or threaded holes without sacrificing quality.

Deltran has perfected a method of producing, in one operation, terminals and other stampings incorporating tapped or threaded holes without sacrificing quality.

High standards and close tolerances are consistently maintained throughout this unique stamping/tapping procedure.

The savings realised are obvious.

Costly secondary tapping operations are eliminated.

The cost for tapped terminals, or threaded stampings, made to customer specifications, are approximately the same as the price of the stamped part alone.

Material requirements create no problems as any metal or alloy that can be stamped and tapped separately can be worked by this method.

Materials currently in process include brass, copper, steel, Monel and silver clad base metal.
