Anko has been a leader in gear motors and peristaltic pumps for years.
Anko started in 1980 to fill a need to meet the demand for a rugged gear motor to open and close drain valves on commercial-quality washing machines.
Since then, Anko MityDrive motors have remained the OEM pump component of choice in the industry, and remain on the job in some 90% of all commercial laundry drain valves in the world.
Much of what Anko is about is developing a solution based on its experience in the industry.
Unlike other pump manufacturers, Anko produces its own AC gear motor to solve the problem of proper motor specification for pump efficiency.
This provides a turnkey solution in many applications that require nonevasive pumping of fluids as high as 2000ml/min.
The use of medical-grade tubing provides systems from sensitive medical and liquid displacement systems.
Pumps for beverage, sampling, priming, medical and OEM applications are commonly produced, including the Mityflex and the MityDrive subfractional drive motors.
