The opening session will be the "Moulding business debate", which will feature the senior managers of leading moulding operations discussing the challenges they face and their strategies for success.

Sessions aimed at designers and product development specialists include the two-part "Plastics design summit", the "New polymers" session and the "Mould making summit".

Technology and plant managers at injection moulders will be keen to attend the sessions on "Advanced processing technologies", "Automation in action" and "Efficient shopfloor operations".

Tickets will go on sale in October.
