Machinery manufacturers to turn out in force

Some 25 members of the Plastic Machinery Manufacturers and Distributors Association have taken stands at the Plastics Design and Moulding exhibition in Telford next month.

Some 25 members of the Plastic Machinery Manufacturers and Distributors Association, representing 30% of its membership, will be taking stands at the Plastics Design and Moulding exhibition in Telford next month.

The organisation, which is celebrating its 40th birthday this year, represents the interests of the UK's suppliers of plastics processing machinery and ancillary equipment.

It also carries out important work in the areas of health and safety as well as education and training.

PMMDA members that will be exhibiting at the show this year include Billion, Dr Boy, Branson Ultrasonics, Conair, Demag, Engel, Fanuc Roboshot, Husky, Jenco, Krauss-Maffei, Mattec, mould-Masters, Motan, Negri Bossi, Netstal, PBE Marking Systems, Premier Moulding Machinery, Sepro, Star Automation, STV, Summit Systems, Tampographic Services, Toshiba, Tricool, and Wittmann.

PDM takes place at Telford International Centre from 26th to 28th September.

It is the only UK plastics exhibition in 2006 and will feature more than 200 exhibitors in three halls.
