The EAO series 04 range of 22.5mm mount switches is available with a square front profile offering the user a large 30mm by 30mm pressel size This configuration offers the machine designer or panel builder an extra lens area for legending

Another advantage is that the large pushbutton pressel area is ideal for applications where users may be wearing heavy industrial gloves.

The square profile allows additional design flexibility for machine and panel builders.

Moreover, buttons can be butted up next to each other in horizontal rows on a 30mm pitch for compact panels and easy cleaning The pushbuttons and indicators are available in six different colours and with black or grey bezels.

The matching square lever switches can be supplied with long or short levers and the square keylock switches are supplied with a chromed finish and with numbered keys.

The self-cleaning tactile snap-action contact blocks are available in gold on silver, silver, or tungsten and can be supplied with screw terminals or plug-in terminals.

The switches are easily assembled into the panel using a two screw bayonet flange.

Illumination is provided by BA9 lamps up to 130V or by LEDs up to 230VAC with optional transformers for 115V or 230V to 24V conversion.

The wide range of accessories includes DIN-rail mounting bases, flasher units, terminal covers and flapguards. Request a free brochure from EAO ...
