EAO has introduced the new low cost 62L Series of Grayhill Optical Encoders The 62L range is the smallest optical encoder range available from Grayhill, at just 13 mm square and 7.11 mm behind panel depth

Available in both 16 or 24 detent positions, the encoders have a lifespan of half a million cycles.

The 62L range can be PCB or panel mounted with either PCB pins or cable with a connector.

CMOS, TTL and HCMOS Logic compatible, the Grayhill optical encoders are optically coupled.

Typical applications are medical, test and automotive equipment, and menu scrolling.

Options include an integral, shaft operated push-button.
