Industrial switches meet environmental demands
The EAO Series 44 range of industrial control switches now meets the latest RoHS Directive restricting the use of hazardous substances in electronic equipment.
They are protected to IP65 from the front as standard, or they can be fitted with a protective silicon cap for a fast and simple upgrade to IP67.
The Series 44 will resist high levels of shock and vibration which makes them well suited to many applications in the machinery, process-control, panel building and lifting and moving markets.
To reduce assembly time, Series 44 switches can be mounted quickly by one person using the self-holding actuators; they can be mounted either flush to the front panel or raised above it.
These switches are rated at 500V AC (10A) and feature screw terminals with openings to guide a screwdriver.
The switching elements feature high-quality, gold-plated silver, self-cleaning, double-breaking spring contacts, which are stackable.
