Switch manufacturer, EAO Ltd has inttroduced the latest in easy-installation pushbutton technology with its new range of Series 71 snap-action switches.
With a low back-panel depth, "foolproof" mono-block design and bright LED illumination, the Series 84 represents the finest in emergency stops.
Other features include: sealing to IP65; conformance with EN418, EN60947-5-1 and EN60947-5-5; switching capacity according to EN60947-5-1; illumination visible from side view; variable 5-30V DC supply voltage for illumination; and a long life of 50,000 operations.
The switch requires no additional assembly because of its single-piece design.
It can be mounted to a front plate with a thickness of between 1 and 4mm and safely and easily adapted to PCBs of different heights.
It is available with a choice of terminations - flying lead or plug in terminals.
The Series 84 emergency stop is most suited to compact and handheld control panels featured on a wide range of machinery and process control equipment, including production lines, cranes, robots, moving platforms, as well as security systems and emergency exits.
