EAO can supply customised Sanyo Denki stepper motor systems expertly built to customer designs, thus removing the potential for damage when modifications are made in-house.
Whether the application is in printing systems, machine tools, semiconductor production, robotics, or test and measurement, the system will carry a guarantee of quality and reliability with the additional advantage of competent technical after-sales support.
EAO offers a range of stepper motor modifications including: shaft options of double/rear shaft, longer or shorter shafts, machined shafts to meet requirements including flats, pinion, c-clip grove etc; winding changes to meet required motor performance; connector or wire termination to customer specifications; and hollow-shaft 35 and 42mm motors for combined motor and lead screw without the need for coupling.
EAO can also supply addon features like gearboxes, electromagnetic brakes, encoders, leadscrews with coupling and dampers.
Modifications are available on Sanyo Denki two-, three- and five-phase stepper motors in a choice of frame sizes from 28 to 106mm2.
These products achieve high holding torque and high-resolution rotations at very low vibration levels.
