A new version of the EAO Series 56 indicator features a raised shape that also allows the illumination to be seen from the side.

The new Series 56 indicator is robustly built to meet the rigorous demands of public use.

Its rugged, polycarbonate conical lens is sealed to IP67 from the front against water and dirt ingress.

It is shock and vibration resistant and conforms to CE standards.

A chromium-plated bezel can be specified for extra protection.

Visible in all weather conditions, the LED illumination provides a lifetime of up to 100kh continuous use.

It is available in a choice of red, green, yellow, blue and white.

The switch bezel can be supplied in a choice of contrasting colours.

Simple to mount with fixing screws, the indicator can be quickly integrated within existing electrical systems with a cable and 2.8 x 0.8mm AMP plug-in connection.

This new Series 56 indicator can be used inside or out for applications where it is important to quickly assess the status of a system.

These include door controls on public transport vehicles where a driver or guard may need to determine from a distance whether all doors are closed.

This product is part of the market-leading Series 56 range, known for its distinct design and excellent reliability.

Other Series 56 products include: single- and double-sided pushbuttons and indicators; a pushbutton that mounts without the need for fixing screws; a glass-mounting pushbutton; secret-until-lit indicators; and pushbuttons with Braille and engraved symbols.
