Oil/water separators exceed European
standards
Ecosep oil/water separators continuously remove accumulated light liquids (saving disposal cost and avoiding emulsification of the accumulated floatable layer) with a patented automatic oil draw-off.
Ecosep oil/water separators consist of two chambers The first pre-treats the influent by allowing solids to drop out before entering the main gravity separation chamber
A catastrophic spill control auto-shutoff valve is located at the inlet of the separation chamber.
Ecosep continuously removes accumulated light liquids (saving disposal cost and avoiding emulsification of the accumulated floatable layer) with a patented automatic oil draw-off device.
Final effluent polishing is performed in the residual oil coalescing media before discharge.
All internal parts are manufactured from anodized stainless steel and contained in an HS-20 loading pre-cast concrete host.
Ecosep Separators exceed European standards (DIN 1999) for the separation of free non-emulsified oil from water (5ppm separation ratios).
