The VibDIN SMM4V20 Standard is a single-channel measurement module working with ICPR standard sensors.

The VibDIN SMM4V20 Standard is a one channel measurement module working with ICPR standard sensors.

It is possible to handle other types of sensors according to request coming from potential customer.

The VibDIN Standard module enables processing of different types of vibration signals.

All parameters are set up by the user.

The module measures: acceleration or velocity or displacement, and the later indicator is calculated RMS or peak.

If the signal coming from a sensor is faint it can be amplified with gains (x1, x10).

Users can use built in HP and LP filters (3Hz-1kHz or 10Hz-1kHz).

The calculated value is transformed into 4-20mA standard; this allows for a direct connecting of the VibDIN system to superior system like PLC, DCS or Scada.

All changes in parameters (gain, filters, value, unit) are made by buttons at the front panel of device.

LEDs confirm selected configurations.

The VibDIN standard module is equipped with autodiagnostic procedure.

The device can detect malfunction of the measuring chain (open/short) and it additionally checks the current loop 4-20mA.

The VibDIN Extended module incorporates all features of Standard module and additionally is equipped with digital communications.

A multichannel system assembled with Extended modules enables asynchronous sampling.

The VibDIN Extended+ module incorporates all features of Extended module plus synchronous sampling.

Modules set up in one system are synchronously sampled for all channels.

The PSS-100 power supply module with RS485 interface allows access to all connected modules and remote configuration of them from PC.

The PSS-200 power supply module comes with a built in Ethernet interface operating TCP/IP protocols.

It allows an access to all connected modules and remote configuration of them from PC.

It is also available as a Modbus version.

The PSS-300 power supply module offers remote configuration of connected modules and access to the Internet.

This makes possible full operation of modules over the Internet from any point in the world.

The PSS-300 module can optionally be equipped with Flash memory socket for data acquisition from measurement modules.

Each PSS-xxx module can be connected to up to 16 VibDIN modules.

The VibDIN display SMM 4D20, LED display and bargraph meter presents the values measured by VibDIN modules.

The user can configure warning and alarm levels for any connected VibDIN module.

Additionally, the level indicator is equipped with relay outputs correlated to set up warning and alarm levels.

Relay outputs can be connected to machine protection system.

One module SMM-4D20 works with only one VibDIN module.

The SMM-4T20 module measures temperature from ICP sensors (in standard version) or any other sensor with voltage mode output (optionally).

This module can be adapted to measurement of signals in range 0-10V, 4-20mA.

It can collaborate with level indicator SMM-4D20.

Measurement modules, power packs, level indicators, temperature modules are intended to mounting on DIN rail (35mm).

This solution enables easy adding or removing channels to/from the system.

The user can decide how many modules is to be installed in one place (flexible structure) The system can work independently (integration with existing control system) and with dedicated diagnostics software - Energocontrol VIB-EX.
