He will join EPCglobal's rail team to strengthen its recruitment operations.
Ratcliffe will continue to recruit for Network Rail, CTRL, the West Coast Route Modernisation and London Underground amongt others.
Ratcliffe, who is originally from Chicago, has been resident in the UK for 12 years.
"Bob's experience and knowledge of the industry will be invaluable to us in continuing to improve our service to clients and candidates", says Rail Operations Manager Andrew Brown.
"Combined with the reach of our online database, Bob's energy and ability will be a real boost for the Rail team".
Ratcliffe joins Craig Colbran, Joan Langley and Irene Coburn in the rail team, which expects to grow further over the next couple of months.
