Guide to Weld Purging available in German
Huntingdon Fusion Techniques Limited (HFT) has published a complete German translation of its Guide to Weld Purging.
They can be supplied for 110, 240 and 415V operation, and incorporate leak detection as part of their comprehensive safety and operating features, with all models covered by a two year conditional warranty.
An auto shut-down facility is provided which prevents an unattended machine being left in an operating condition for extended periods.
The machines shut-off 20 seconds after the washer trigger has been released, but remain on standby to restart.
For safety, they can be programmed to fully shut-down at a user determined interval (up to 30 mins) if the machine is left unused.
The leak detection device also prevents continuous on/off cycling due to pressure loss by limiting the numbers auto restarts before full shut-down.
These protection systems save undue wear on the equipment, eliminate the danger posed by developing leaks and ensure maximum service life for the equipment.
All washers are housed in corrosion-proof covers and are highly manoeuvrable due to their rear swivel wheels which can also be braked when used on sloping ground.
Beneath these stylish covers are tough and reliable cranked pumps with ceramic pistons.
Motors are fitted with overload protection and the labyrinth combustion burners ensure maximum fuel efficiency with minimum boiler wear.
An internal detergent tank is incorporated, together with water softening device and full flexibility over pressure and temperature settings is provided.
A full range of accessories can also be supplied including wash and rotating brushes, foam equipment, wet sand blasting and both drain and turbo nozzles.
Inquiries would also be welcomed from companies wishing to operate as agents or membership distributors for the Edge national network organisation.
