Precision Ronchi Ruling Glass Slides from Edmund Optics are ideal for evaluating resolution, field distortion and parfocal stability, especially of microscopes.
They are also useful for reticle and filed calibration.
Many different resolutions are available from 5 to 600 line pairs per millimetre.
The rulings are deposited on either soda lime glass or fused silica and are available with or without fluorescent backing.
