Endress+Hauser will present at the Profibus and Profinet User Conference 2009 in Stratford-upon-Avon from 16-19 June.
The company will demonstrate a working network of its Profibus devices linked to a Rockwell Automation Controllogix and Factorytalk View system in order to show ease of connectivity and system integration as well as asset management functionality using Fieldcare software.
The two-day conference covers the latest developments in Profibus, Profinet and Profisafe technology for factory and process automation and features application-oriented technical sessions and workshops.
Andy Smith, business development engineer at Endress+Hauser, will demonstrate in two hands-on workshops how FDT/DTM technology can provide asset management and device configuration capabilities in a multi-vendor environment.
Visitors will have the opportunity to explore how Profibus and Profinet equipment and techniques are used in practice and how to maximise functionality of a Profibus network using Fieldcare software.
The marketing manager for Profibus at Endress+Hauser, Dr Jochen Muller, will conduct a presentation on the simplification of device integration for Profibus.
