Endress+Hauser's Micropilot M FMR244 radar offers overfill protection in liquids and solids applications across the food and beverage, chemical, primaries and water industries.

The radar alternative to ultrasonics offers non-contact continuous measurement and complete measurement integrity during pneumatic filling.

The Micropilot M FMR244 radar has a measuring range of 15m in solids and 20m in liquids and remains fully operational in process temperatures up to 80C and pressures of 3 bar

Offering 26GHz frequency, the FMR244 horn antenna is suited to a range of processes.

It is SIL2-compliant to IEC61508/IEC61511-1 for use in safety-related systems.

It has a measuring range of 15m in solids and 20m in liquids and remains fully operational in process temperatures up to 80C and pressures of 3 bar.

The FMR244 comes with an integrated display for menu-guided operation.

Free Fieldcare software allows straightforward configuration, commissioning and documentation of the measuring point.

The FMR244 also offers Hart, Profibus PA and Foundation Fieldbus connectivity for integration into new and existing systems.
