Barry Nisill has been appointed Regional Sales Manager for the North West area.
Nisill, who lives in Skelmersdale, brings with him a wealth of experience having previously worked as a Sales Manager in the USA and is a qualified welder.
Nisill enjoys motorcycling and attends races throughout the country as his brother, John, competes in the British Superbikes championship.
Tayab Alam joins the company to manage the Home Counties areas.
Alam has significant business management experience, including within the automation industry.
A flying enthusiast with a pilots licence, Alam lives in Oxford with his wife and they are expecting twins in the summer.
Warren Lewis, who lives in Telford, takes responsibility for south Wales and the West Country bringing with him over 27 years experience in wear protection and fusion.
A qualified welder, Lewis has previously worked in the distribution, technical and commercial sectors of the industry.
Married to Julie, with three children, Lewis plays bass guitar in a band called 101.
Commenting on these appointments, Chief Executive Steve Dunn said: "We are pleased to bring on board such a wealth and variety of experience".
"These appointments further cement our position as leaders in the UK market and will allow us to create stronger partnerships with new and existing customers".
