Protected Column Level Indicator
New from Elesa-Clayton are the column level indicators HCX/P - protected, and HCX/T+P - protected with built-in thermometer.
This is achieved by a black polyamide expanded technopolymer float with a built-in magnetic element.
This activates the (normally open) contacts (normally closed also available) when the level crosses its alarm threshold.
The body of the HCX/E is similar to other Elesa-Clayton vertical column level indicators, being of easy to read design, resistant to most oils and hydrocarbon derivatives (except alcohol).
The assembly is completed with a sensor bracket containing a built-in reed relay wired to a swivelling 2-pin connector.
This permits front or side output (left or right) with minimum IP65 protection.
