Machining service eliminates second-op problems
2nd operation machining services from Elesa-Clayton have now been extended to offer boring and reaming to H7 standard, keyway cutting, drill and tap of cross holes and more
Elesa has addressed this on its ERX adjustable clamping handles by provision of a Torx T15 socket for assembly purposes, thus ensuring that speed and style are available together.
ERX.AV ensures that machine production is as speedy as possible, with clamp handles preset using electric or pneumatic drives and final stage clamping under manual control, which permits particularly fine control by virtue of the spring loaded multitooth (24) engagement mechanism.
Together with the ergonomically proportioned lever handle, this allows sensitive adjustment even in mid process.
ERX clamping handles may be used in confined spaces where adjustable clamping is required, but space is restricted so the lever/handle may not be rotated.
Final stage manual tightening or loosening in daily operation is accomplished with a pushbutton action and step-round lever engagement. Request a free brochure from Elesa (UK) ...
