Elesa's Clayton PW12 position indicator features a positive drive for operation in any orientation, coupled with an IP65 housing.

Elesa's Clayton PW12 position indicator features a positive drive for operation in any orientation, coupled with an IP65 housing and a clear digital readout with analogue dial sharing the final digit.

Positive drive indicators offer benefits over gravity units in that they can be used in any position - even on a vertical shaft.

Gravity units only work reliably on shafts up to 60 degrees from horizontal.

Thus quick and accurate machine spindle adjustments by operators working in manual mode are greatly facilitated.

The PW12 is housed in a glass reinforced technopolymer case with a transparent dial lens.

This is ultrasonically welded to ensure IP65 protection.

The diameter is a standard 67mm to enable fitting to the wide range of Elesa handwheels.
