Electrostatic discharge is a well known problem in electronic assembly situations where clamps, handles and adjustment knobs are frequently required.
Elesa has released an ESD-safe material for its standard thermoplastic machine elements.
Whether workholding with clamping handles, equipment positioning with handwheels or jig assembly with wingknobs, ESD variants will provide piece of mind in production and rework areas such as circuit board assembly or chip insertion equipment.
