Elesa reduces the angle of the Diecast GN302

An Elesa (UK) product story
Edited by the Engineeringtalk editorial team Oct 9, 2008

Elesa has reduced the angle of its Diecast GN302 adjustable clamping handles to 90deg.

The company has lowered the profile by up to 21mm, meaning there is less protrusion into work areas.

Diecast GN302 handles are ideal for clamping of equipment, jigs and so on.

Simple operation can be effected without removing one's hand from the handle, especially where 360 degree rotation of the clamping handle is not possible.

The process of single-handed operation is to lift the handle to disengage, twist and lower to engage then twist to clamp/un-clamp.

Elesa offers the GN302 in 45, 63, and 78mm sizes and in both stud and internally threaded versions to suit applications such as laboratory equipment and production lines.
