The latest addition to the range from Electronic Keyboards is a rugged keyboard family rated at 30 million touches per year for process control and factory floor applications.

The latest addition to the range from Electronic Keyboards is a rugged keyboard family rated at 30 million touches per year for process control and factory floor applications The new 40 PKBC-SA-B-N4 is sealed to NEMA 4 (IP66) and has large 25mm keys and with cursor control

The keyboard detects the finger optically, and so gloves or multiple gloves are no problem.

The keyboard has hot keys for cut, copy and paste with one touch.

The cursor control has separate left and right buttons and a hot key for double clicking with one touch, also a drag key to ease dragging in rugged environments.

A fast key allows fast cursor traversing of a display.

Even with the 25mm keys the overall size is only 6.5 x 12.5in and 1.5in thick.

PS2 output is standard.

The price is $299, and delivery is 1-2 weeks.
