In addition to 2 and 4U enclosure options, with a wide range of PSU, disk and fan arrangements, Elma offers a full range of standard accessories such as mounting brackets, guides, adapters and EMC gaskets to ensure that the PC is 'ready to go' immediately on delivery.

The family includes a 1U rack-mount TFT screen, touch-screen option, and keyboard, and uses quality manufacturing processes and selected components to deliver reliability for cost-sensitive applications.

Elma's customisation service can supply either 'bare bones' chassis or fully configured systems with motherboard and disks, in prototype or volume quantities.

2U units are available to suit either low profile vertically mounted plug-in cards, or horizontally mounted standard cards, while the 4U PCs are available in 8-, 10-, 12- or 14-slot versions.

Disk options range up to three 5.25in and four 3.5in drives for the 4U style, supported by mounting, adapter and blanking plates, and an optional lockable access door.

Disk and power LEDs are provided, together with a protected reset switch to avoid nuisance trips.

Elma industrial PCs are available in black or light grey as standard, but custom colours can also be provided.

All chassis metalwork is hot-dip galvanised, with a versatile range of panels and covers, including pre-cut connector mountings, blanking plates, slimline and 2.5in disk mounting rails, low-noise fan mounts and EMC gaskets.

The range of high reliability PSU options includes 250, 300 and 350W universal input models, as well as a dual 350W redundant version.

All offer 100kh MTBF, with a 10g three-axis shock rating, and 0.25g vibration resistance, combined with international PFC and EMC performance.
