Magnetostrictive technology provides high speed and precision, as well as the ability measure strokes up to 4m.

Eltra has released a new magnetostrictive absolute transducer with analogue output (1-10V DC).

The absence of contact between the enclosure and moving parts removes wear and deterioration, assuring a longer working life than similar products.

Magnetostrictive technology provides high speed and precision, as well as the ability measure strokes up to 4m.

The system offers high reliability and simple installation, even in applications with mechanical stresses, shocks or high contamination.

The system is often used for axis control for packaging, food, wood industry, plastic injection and metal working applications.
