The Elscint stacking machine is ideal for stacking items like bearing cages and washers and similar components.

The Elscint stacking machine is ideal for stacking items like bearing cages and washers and such other components The machine is mounted on a table frame measuring 1400 x 700 x 620mm with a 50 or 130-litre capacity hopper feeding a vibratory bowl feeder with a level controller

Whenever the quantity in the bowl goes below a predetermined lever, the Elscint linear feeder is activated, restarting the loading of the components.

Components move upwards on the track of the bowl and are oriented according to user requirements.

Only properly oriented components will be lowered into the metal magazine in front of the vibratory bowl feeder.

Metal magazines are mounted on an indexing table.

Two proximity switches are mounted to sense the component level onto the metal magazine.

When the components are filled up to the level of both the proximity switches then the vibratory bowl feeder is switched off and a pneumatic solenoid moves the indexing table to the next stage, bringing the empty magazine at the loading station.

At this point the vibratory bowl feeder starts again and stacking operation will continue.

An agitator vibrator can be specified to improve stacking of odd-dimensioned components.

Custom built Systems can also be manufactured to user requirements.
